and click on saved and it will some thing like this.

3- go to your domain registrar dashboard and locate the DOMAIN NAME SERVER [DNS] ON YOUR CONTROL PANEL [CPANEL] AFTER YOU SEE IT THIS IS NEXT THING TO DO.

4-Now it's time to enter the CNAMEs. words under Where it says Name, Label or Host simply enter "www" and list ghs.google.com as the Destination, Target or Points to.

Now enter the second CNAME in the same way.

and after you have copey and paste the CNAME  words on each lines on DNS SETTING and you saved and the system replies you change successfull made .

5- go back to your blogger dashboard and type your custom domain  make sure use start with www.yourdomain.com and save it and if an error didn't show then CONGRATULATION but if an ERRORS SHOWS START THE TUTORIAL AGAIN.

type in YOUR DOMAIN INSIDE YOUR  browser  STARTING WITH www.yourcustomdomainyoujustchange.com and see whether it has done or not.

NOTE-- AFTER YOU CHANGE YOUR BLOGGER BLOG URL TO CUSTOM DOMAIN THERE IS NO SSL[HTTPS] ON IT AGAIN 

so you will be access your blog url with www,yourdomain.com  or http://www.yourdomain.com.
