how to setup auto respond on your gmail



It not necessary for you to be re sending the same mail to a set of people again or  to new mail income when you can make gmail auto response to do it for you.

With  gmail auto responder you will be sending auto mails to group of people or to any new mail income without stress.

gmail auto responder is not meant for everyone but for those that find theirselves  in sending the same text to a set of people of group.

Like me i use gmail auto responder for all new income mail, if you  send me a mail in minute you will receive a mail back .

just follow this simple steps to setup your auto gmail responds 





how to setup Auto responds on gmail account 

for computers users follow this steps

  • Login your gmail account

  • CLICK ON SETTING AT THE RIGHT TOP OF YOUR DESKTOP
click on setting icon






  • CLICK ON SETTING ICON AGAIN
click on setting



  • SCROLL DOWN TO BUTTOM
  • ENABLE OUT OF OFFICE ON
enable how to out office on

  • SET THE DAY YOU WANT YOUR MAIL SHOW START SENDING AND END SENDING [note- if you didnt want  your auto responds mail  to end sending leave the end time space blank}




  • CREATE YOUR AUTO MAIL SUBJECT AND BODY TEXT
create your auto mail subject and body text


  • click on Only send a response to people in my Contacts if you only want people only on your contant to receive the mail

click Only send a response to people in my Contacts


  • CLICK ON SAVE CHANGES AND YOUR AUTO RESPONSE IS READY.

HOW TO ENABLE AUTO RESPONSE ON GMAIL ON ANDROID VERSION.


Turn your OUT OF OFFICE[vacation reply] on or off

The message you set up will also be sent when you receive messages from your computer.




  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app Gmail.
  • In the top left, tap Menu Menu. 
    Scroll to the bottom, then tap Settings.
  • Choose your account.






  • Tap OUT OF OFFICE (Vacation responder). 
    At the top, turn the OUT OF OFFICE"{Vacation responder}" switch  On.
  • Fill in the date range, subject, and message.
  • Tap Done.
and your auto response have start working
