1-  first and foremost you have to submit your blog or  website url to google webmasters  if you have already done that your are free to move to step two.

after you have done with the first step move to second step

2- submit your new blog post HERE

3- after you have submit your new post url then visit your google webmaster tool  4- click on crawl on your webmaster dashboard 

5- click on FETCH AS 

6- and resubmit your new blog post and click on fetch
